How to Create a LinkedIn App
In order to connect a LinkedIn profile or page to SkyePress you will first need to have a LinkedIn App for your website.
To create a new App navigate to LinkedIn’s Developer website and log in. Navigate to “My Apps” and click on the “Create Application” button.
You will be redirected to a page where you will have to fill in some details regarding your app. After you’ve completed all the fields, click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.
You will be redirected to your newly created App page. Here you will find your Client ID and Client Secret key which you can copy to SkyePress in order to connect a LinkedIn profile or page.
In order for the App to work smoothly you will need to add an “Authorized Redirect URL” under the OAuth 2.0 section. The URL should look like the one below:
