The Top Shared Posts Widget, as the name suggests, will display your top shared posts from the post types you select. If you select only pages, then only the top shared pages will be displayed. If you select multiple post types, posts from all selected post types will be displayed. You can also select how many posts to show, the maximum number being 10, if the featured image should be displayed, which size it should have if it is displayed and if the post excerpt should appear.
